The Four Freshmen Society Convention and Reunion 2009
Registration Form

    The Twenty-second Annual Four Freshmen Society Convention and Reunion will be held August 20-22, 2009 in Atlanta, Georgia at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia Hotel.

    You may use this form to register for the Convention on-line and pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express; should you wish to register by mail and send a check instead, click HERE to print the mail-in form.

    Six very important things to remember:

    1. Seating assignments for the two meals/concerts (Friday and Saturday night) will be made strictly based upon when your registration form is received.

    2. The $195 convention fee covers everyting (concerts, banquets, etc.) except the optional Coach Tours.

    3. Only FFS members may attend the Convention; if you've never been a member of the Four Freshmen Society, you can join for only $10.00 at the same time you register for the Convention -- and we're eager to have you!

      If you've been a FFS member but are not presently a member, please click HERE to bring your dues current before you register for the Convention.

    4. If you want to be seated with particular friends or family, all registrations must be received at the same time.  Please coordinate with your friends, or send the registration fees from one source and collect separately from your friends.  We're trying to be fair to all.

    5. Please fill out a form for a couple or a single registration.  If you have a larger group and you are paying for the group, please fill out a form for each couple or single in your group.

    6. Cancellation policy: You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund if you do so before July 1st.  Cancellations between July 1st and July 31st are subject to a $25.00/person processing fee.  There will be no refunds for cancellations after July 31st!
